Sign in to your Google account first, then click below and choose Make a copy. The copy is yours and lives in your own Google Drive.

2Follow the setup guide and videos

The Getting Started guide and 10 short videos walk you through every screen: your business details, prices, accounts, turning on your kiosk, and setting up your tablet.

Press play and the videos run in order. Click the list icon in the top-right of the player to jump to any part.

3Turn on your Professional features

Supply tracking: open the Supplies tab and type your Starting count for each cup and kit, plus your Reorder at number. Every check-in counts down automatically, and the Status column shows Reorder when you’re running low.

Online booking: in Kiosk Settings, paste your Setmore, Calendly, or Square booking link next to Booking link. A Schedule button appears on your kiosk so donors can book their next visit.

4Check in your first donor

Open your kiosk link on your front-desk tablet or computer, do a test check-in, and watch it land in your Collection Log. You’re live!

Manage your subscription

Update your card, download invoices, or cancel anytime. Enter the email you used at checkout and we’ll send you a sign-in link.
