LabOffice Pro is operated by Marketplace Deals Net LLC.
Subscriptions
LabOffice Pro is billed as a subscription, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing info@labofficepro.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Refunds
- If you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund that payment in full.
- After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
- Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are non-refundable unless required by law.
- To request a refund, email info@labofficepro.com with the email address used at checkout.
