Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LabOffice Pro, a product of Marketplace Deals Net LLC (“LabOffice Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit labofficepro.com or subscribe to LabOffice Pro.
1. The Short Version
- We collect only what we need to sell and support your subscription.
- Donor and client data you enter into your kiosk and Sheet stays in your own Google account. It is not sent to us, and we cannot see it.
- We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us:
- Name, business name, email address, phone number, and billing address when you subscribe.
- Messages you send us by email or through our website chat.
Payment information: Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details directly; we receive only limited details such as your name, email, plan, the last four digits of your card, and payment status. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, our hosting provider and website tools may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies used to keep the site working and understand traffic.
3. Data Inside Your LabOffice Pro Sheet
LabOffice Pro runs as a Google Sheet and Google Apps Script web app inside your Google account. Information entered through your kiosk, such as donor names, dates of birth, test types, and payment details, is written to your Google Sheet. It is stored by Google under your account and governed by Google’s terms and privacy policy. LabOffice Pro does not receive, store, or have access to this information unless you choose to share your Sheet with us (for example, when asking for help). You are responsible for protecting it and for complying with any privacy laws that apply to your business.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send your welcome email, setup materials, receipts, and account notices.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To send product updates. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
- To improve our website and product, and to prevent fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run LabOffice Pro, such as:
- Stripe (payments and billing)
- Google (email and file delivery)
- Our website hosting, email, and chat providers
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
6. Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar tools for site functionality, chat, and basic analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work without them.
7. Data Retention
We keep subscription and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your contact information, subject to records we must keep by law.
8. Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing emails, by emailing info@labofficepro.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them as required.
10. Children
LabOffice Pro is a business product and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
