Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of LabOffice Pro, a product of Marketplace Deals Net LLC, an Illinois limited liability company doing business as LabOffice Pro (“LabOffice Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to, copying, or using LabOffice Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.

1. The Service

LabOffice Pro is a subscription software tool for drug testing and DNA collection sites. It includes a Google Sheets template, a check-in kiosk that runs as a Google Apps Script web app inside your own Google account, setup guides, and training videos (together, the “Service”). Setup is self-guided using our written guide and videos.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
  • You are responsible for your Google account, your devices, and anyone you allow to use your copy of LabOffice Pro.
  • You must provide accurate billing and contact information.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • LabOffice Pro is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices are shown on our website at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and your payment method will be charged until you cancel.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment is not received within 30 days, your subscription may be canceled.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes apply at your next renewal.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your customer billing portal or by emailing info@labofficepro.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep access until then, and you will not be charged again.

5. Refund Policy: All Sales Final

All sales are final. Because LabOffice Pro is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or partial refunds for any subscription period, including unused time, partial months, or yearly plans. Canceling stops future charges only.

6. License and Intellectual Property

  • While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LabOffice Pro for your own collection site business.
  • LabOffice Pro, including its code, templates, formulas, designs, guides, videos, logo, and name, is the copyrighted property of Marketplace Deals Net LLC. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
  • You may not copy, resell, sublicense, share, publish, or give the template, code, or materials to anyone outside your business, and you may not attempt to reverse engineer, unscramble, or remove copyright notices from the code.
  • When your subscription ends, your license to use LabOffice Pro ends. Your own data remains yours (see Section 7).

7. Your Data

  • LabOffice Pro runs inside your Google account. Donor and client information entered into your kiosk and Sheet is stored in your Google account, not on our servers. We do not have access to it unless you choose to share it with us.
  • You own your data and are solely responsible for it, including backups, access controls, and who can view your Sheet and kiosk link.
  • Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s own terms and policies.

8. Your Responsibilities and Compliance

  • You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your business, including DOT regulations (49 CFR Part 40), HIPAA and other privacy laws, state laws, and the requirements of your labs, TPAs, and clients.
  • LabOffice Pro is an administrative and record-keeping tool. It does not replace official custody and control forms, lab systems, or the systems of your labs or TPAs, and it does not provide legal, medical, or compliance advice.
  • You agree not to use LabOffice Pro for any unlawful purpose.

9. Third-Party Services

LabOffice Pro works with third-party services such as Google, Stripe, and the labs and TPAs you choose to work with. LabOffice Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics, eScreen, Abbott, CRL, or any other lab or TPA. Names of those companies are used only to describe compatibility. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policies of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that billing totals, inventory counts, or reports will be free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing your records and invoices before relying on them.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LABOFFICE PRO AND MARKETPLACE DEALS NET LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Marketplace Deals Net LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you fail to pay, violate these Terms, or share or resell LabOffice Pro. You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling as described in Section 4.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
